How I Work

Every session is intentional.

A structured, research-backed process designed to move every learner forward — consistently and measurably.

Evaluate First

Every student and adult client begins with an individualized evaluation. I take time to understand strengths, challenges, learning styles, and personal goals before building any plan.

Personalize the Plan

I design a fully custom session plan built around real goals — flexible enough to respond to how the learner progresses week by week, never tied to a rigid curriculum.

Track & Communicate

Progress is documented after every session. Parents and caregivers receive regular session summaries so the support genuinely extends beyond our time together.
